What you do as a Host

Core work

  • Guest support within a clearly defined scope.
  • Local guidance with calm presence and good judgment.
  • Discrete coordination — minimal messages, maximum clarity.

Airport pickup (important)

  • If airport pickup is part of an assignment, Kimanzi pre-funds the transport costs.
  • You are not left to pay transport out of pocket.
  • Safety comes first — clear logistics, no improvising.

You remain an independent professional. You choose which assignments to accept.

What we expect from you

Profile

  • Age range: roughly 26–36.
  • Internationally oriented, well-spoken, presentable and calm.
  • Sporty / energetic lifestyle is a plus (guests often move around the city).

Mindset

  • Discretion is a skill — not a slogan.
  • Boundaries are respected (yours and the guest’s).
  • No drama, no ego, no “main character” energy.

Experience & training

Experience is not required. If needed, we train you. We can also offer a short shadowing setup so you can learn the flow in a low-pressure way.

New Hosts can ask for shadowing explicitly — just select it in the form.

Independence (DBA-safe collaboration)

You work as an independent contractor. No employment relationship, no exclusivity, no fixed roster, and no hierarchical “employee-style” instructions.

We do set clear scope, safety guidelines, and expectations around discretion and professionalism.
