Fee overview: indicative reference rates
All amounts in Kenyan Shilling (KSh), paid via M-Pesa within 2 working days of invoice and receipts. EUR shown is indicative (June 2026 rate, €1 ≈ KSh 150). The rates below are our reference rates and a starting point: you propose your own rates and the duration of your agreement, and we agree them together in writing in your contractor agreement.
Arrival
Pickup JKIA, transfer, SIM, first errands. 6–10 hours.

Arrival duo
Same as Arrival for two guests. Heavier coordination, longer day.

Extra Day
Half day, weekday. Content and timing arranged with the guest. Stackable.

Concierge
Monthly remote support. Includes 1 in-person visit per month. Runs while guest stays subscribed.

Combination & Advice assignments are scoped per request. Fee agreed in writing before you accept.
Concierge — workload guideline
The guideline is 6 active hours per guest, per month. Most of it is remote — messages, reservations, referrals. One in-person visit per month is included and reimbursable.
If a guest consistently runs over 6 hours, suggest an Extra Day instead. Concierge isn't unlimited consulting.
No hourly billing. The 6 hours is a workload guideline, not an invoicing basis — you invoice KSh 9,000 per active month regardless of whether the guest asks for more or less.

Pre-funded by the guest
Assignments only enter the pipeline after the guest has paid KIMANZI in full. Your fee is on our account before your day begins.

Log receipts via the portal
Right after the assignment: open My Assignments in this portal, open the assignment, and add a photo of each receipt there. No email, no form — it counts toward your payout immediately.

Paid within 2 days
Admin time, not financial time. Once receipts arrive and work is confirmed, payout runs via M-PESA — minutes to your account.

Expenses reimbursed
Fuel and lunch you advance on the day are reimbursed in full on the same invoice. No pre-approval needed.

Reviewed every January, starting 2027
2026 rates are starting rates — no indexing this year. From 1 January 2027, fees adjust annually based on the average of Dutch and Kenyan inflation (CBS + KNBS) over the prior year, rounded to the nearest KSh 500. You'll hear about any change before 15 December, ahead of it taking effect.

Step 1. In December, read the final annual CPI figures: CBS (Netherlands) and KNBS (Kenya).
Step 2. Average the two: (NL% + KE%) / 2 = indexing percentage.
Step 3. Apply to all KSh amounts, rounded to the nearest KSh 500.
Step 4. New amounts communicated to active hosts before 15 December, effective 1 January.
